By using our digital payments platform for tuition, school services, or products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods: Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Card (as displayed on checkout).
  • Digital receipts will be sent via email/SMS containing your unique Transaction ID.
  • Payments must be made through https://smakbrightsch.org only. The school is not responsible for payments made on other sites or accounts.

2. Refund Policy

Scenario Refund Eligibility Notes
Duplicate Payment Full Refund Submit proof within 7 working days.
Overpayment Partial Refund / Credit Excess amount can be credited to future fees.
Service Not Delivered Pro-rata Refund Applies to meals, transport, etc.
Withdrawal Before Term Start Full Refund (less admin fee) Notice must be given 7+ days before term start.
Withdrawal After Term Start Partial Refund At School’s discretion, subject to policy.
Digital Products Non-Refundable Unless defective/inaccessible.

Refund Request Process: Email [email protected] with transaction details. Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after approval.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Tuition: Cancellations must be requested before the term begins.
  • Services (transport, meals): Cancel at least 5 working days before next billing cycle.
  • Products: Can be canceled if not yet fulfilled; defective products can be returned.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • School products (books, uniforms) will be ready for collection at the school office or delivered if available.
  • Delivery timelines depend on availability; parents will be notified once items are ready.

5. Failed or Reversed Transactions

If funds are deducted but payment fails, contact us immediately with your Transaction ID. Resolution depends on payment provider processing times.

6. Privacy & Security

Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store full card details or mobile money PINs. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Disputes will first be handled through internal resolution. If unresolved, they will be subject to Zambian laws and courts.
